Carousel Rules and Regulations

THE CAROUSEL RULES
These rules have been put in place for the enjoyment of all riders. Violators of any rules will be asked to leave The Carousel without refund.

 Riders of The Carousel assume all risks.
 A District at Green Valley Ranch token is needed to ride The Carousel.
 Caution - some surfaces may be hot during warm weather.
 Please walk as you approach The Carousel - no running or pushing.
 The Carousel is not recommended for expectant mothers.
 One rider per animal/horse.
 All riders of an animal/horse/chariot must be seated and wear safety restrains during operation of The Carousel.
 Children under 42” must be accompanied by an adult either
standing directly to the side of the animal/horse or seated next to
them in the chariot. (No token required for accompanying adult).
 Remain seated (or standing in one place for accompanying adults)
once The Carousel is in motion and hold onto the brass pole.
 Sitting side saddle or riding backwards is not allowed.
 Changing positions or switching animals/horses while The Carousel
is in motion is not allowed.
 Standing on animals/horses or climbing poles is not allowed.
 Keep your legs and arms inside The Carousel at all times.
 Riders must be in good health. The Carousel may cause motion
sickness.
 The Carousel is not recommended for guests with recent surgeries or illnesses.
 Persons with physical impairments should view The Carousel
for potential risks before riding.
 Drinks and food are not permitted on The Carousel.
 Please wait for The Carousel to completely stop before getting off an animal/horse/chariot and stepping off ride platform.
 Service will be refused to persons visibly ill or appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
 Operator may refuse ride to anyone.
 Flat-sole shoes or sneakers only on The Carousel.

Animals/horses move up and down
Total Weight of all Passengers Cannot Exceed: 6,120 pounds
Ride Duration: 2 – 2 ½ minutes

THE CAROUSEL HAS A PORTABLE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS RAMP WITH ONE CHARIOT EQUIPPED TO ACCOMMODATE WHEELCHAIRS. PLEASE SEE THE CAROUSEL ATTENDANT FOR ASSISTANCE.
