============================================= May 2010. Henderson, Nevada – Rachel's Kitchen is dishing up refreshing new food options at The District at Green Valley Ranch. This is the first restaurant for Chris Connors and his wife, Stacy. They're making the best of the sluggish economy with a restaurant and menu and philosophy they believe in. This longtime big-business food and beverage manager and his wife are pouring all their heart and soul into this locally owned franchise.

  The Connors see it as a perfect fit for The District. And customers agree. Just weeks after opening its doors, Rachel's Kitchen is luring a growing list of food aficionados to The District. From moms with strollers in tow, to morning and midday exercise enthusiasts, to fresh food connoisseurs, they're spreading the word about this tasty new restaurant option.

BREAKFAST . LUNCH . DINNER Options for Adults & Kids
  Rachel's Kitchen at The District at Green Valley Ranch has a tantalizing breakfast, lunch and dinner menu perfect for everyone in search of fresh, satisfying creations. From "The Favorite" three egg scramble with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms and basil, to blueberry pancakes, to fresh fruit with your granola, Rachel's Kitchen has a refreshing take on the most important meal of the day. The lunchtime menu offers your choice of sliced and diced veggies in an array of salads and sandwiches, soups and pastas. Select the Chinese Chicken Salad and you'll be lucky to have any left to take-home for later. The Smoked Turkey and Avocado with swiss cheese and a kick of chipotle mayo will keep you coming back. So many options, from omelets, soups and salads, to pastas, burgers, sandwiches and wraps, to thirst quenching fresh fruit smoothies. Mmmmm. Are you hungry yet?   Come taste the newest food sensation for yourself at The District, or the original Rachel's Kitchen in Summerlin. Founder Debbie Sofer Roxarzade owned and operated seven trendy restaurants in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles before bringing her signature "California Clean Menu" to Las Vegas in 2006. The first Rachel's Kitchen still serves up customers in the west valley on Town Center just north of the 215 Beltway.
